My name is Neil Jevning, I'm a General Foreman for Reclamation Operations.
Any work that handles reclaiming the land, I have people who report to me.
When we finish our mining projects we come in as a crew and start reclaiming our areas that have been mined out and try and return them back to a natural state.
When I came here in 1974, I was on a brushing team knocking down timber here for the mine. And I've done my full circle and now I can put them back. So it's definitely a win-win for everybody.
We are using innovation to help us return the land we use - including reclaiming tailings ponds - to a sustainable landscape.
