Abstract 

The need is threefold - (i) CAPP Members are increasingly considering NGC\CBM operations and have requested guidance on preferred methods, risks, and considerations; (ii) Such activity involves increased contact with communities and stakeholders that are lacking understanding and appreciation of NGC operations and this document provides direction encouraging industry operators to work productively with local stakeholders; (iii) Alberta government led, multi-stakeholder process (the MAC) recommended the development of such a document and CAPP took the lead.
