The 19th Annual CAPP Oil & Gas Investment Symposium will take place June 16th to 18th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Calgary, Alberta. Symposium is the premier forum to bring together the Canadian petroleum industry and institutional investors from across North America and around the world.
This year's Symposium will host 350 senior oil and gas analysts, institutional portfolio or diversified fund managers, and feature 78 CAPP oil and gas producer member companies as participants.
A media pass (including photo identification) is required to attend any portion of Symposium.
In order to get your media pass you must present media credentials and photo identification at the media desk on the third floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel after 7:30 am on Monday, June 16. Although creating your Symposium media identification should be a quick process there may be delays. To ensure you are not late for presentations please arrive 30 minutes prior to any presentation at the media desk.
This is a private business conference and it is not open to the public. Questions from media and cameras (including video) are not permitted in presentation rooms. Media representatives are welcome to interview company representatives during breaks. Media may not attend breakout sessions or breakfast roundtables.
Accommodation in Calgary is very limited and we do not provide a block of rooms.
Monday is dedicated to senior producers, integrated companies and trusts. Companies present for 25 minutes (including 5 min question/answer) in the morning and host breakout sessions with delegates in the afternoon.
