About Nancy
Nancy Bérard-Brown is the incoming Vice President, Tolls & Tariffs with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers. She has extensive knowledge of energy policy, commercial and regulatory matters affecting the oil and gas industry. Since joining CAPP in 2009, she has worked closely with members and industry to achieve positive outcomes on tolls settlements as a key member of the Tolls & Tariffs team. The Tolls & Tariffs team is primarily responsible for providing support for safe, reliable and cost-effective market access for pipeline transportation for oil and natural gas throughout North America.
Prior to joining CAPP, she led the Facilities Applications and Business Development teams at Enbridge Liquids Pipeline. Nancy spent half of her career at the National Energy Board where she held various technical and leadership roles. She participated in many public hearings, energy market assessments, and led multi-disciplinary teams responsible for the review of facilities and tolls applications.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours (Economics) from the Université de Sherbrooke in Québec.
