CAPP Issues a Statement in Response to Kenny’s “Turn off the Taps” Scenario

CAPP issued a statement in response to the Government of Alberta enacting Bill 12 on Tuesday, April 30.
“Among the most significant challenges facing Canada’s oil and natural gas industry is a lack of market access. The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers encourages collaboration between governments to get our natural resources to tidewater in the best interests of Canadians.”
The Trans Mountain expansion pipeline is a nation-building project in the best interests of all Canadians. It will create jobs, boost British Columbia’s economy, ensure energy security, and support prosperity for the country.”
