Proposed amendments to Bill C-15

CAPP supports an approach to implementing the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) in Canada and CAPP has proposed amendments with respect to the enabling legislation, Bill C-15.

The CAPP document outlines specific improvements with explanations to expand on the brief submitted by CAPP to the INAN Committee on April 8.
