About Elmien
Elmien Wingert is the Vice President, Corporate Services with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Elmien oversees internal corporate functions, including finance and accounting; legal and compliance; human resources; information technology; and administration.
Elmien is a Chartered Professional Accountant and brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, business leadership and performance management. Prior to joining CAPP, Elmien held a number of progressively senior finance leadership roles within the energy industry and has volunteered as a board member for a number of community organizations.
